DJ-AV8
Born in Fort Lauderdale Florida in March of 1983, Jonathan Hart, AKA DJ-AV8 spent much of his time on the baseball diamond and football fields and touched very little on the music scene. After graduating from Cardinal Gibbons High School in 2002 Hart went on to attend college at The Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach Florida. While at Embry-Riddle he enlisted as a reservist in the United States Marine Corps. After college, Hart pursued his dream of becoming a professional pilot and today holds an FAA issued Airline Transport Pilot’s certificate and has earned a type rating in three different types of jet aircraft, hence the name that came so naturally, “DJ-AV8.” Hart prides himself in his love for his family, which includes three beautiful children, Jonathan, Catherine, and Kylie and ” the worlds most amazing wife,” Taylor. “My family is what I live for, and they are the true gifts in my life”, says Hart. It was about 5 years ago that a man that would one day become known to the world as DJ-AV8 began playing music in his bedroom using software such as “Traktor Scratch” and “Virtual DJ” to mix sets for house parties, and small gatherings of friends. “What started out as a small hobby grew into something I could have never imagined,” says Hart . Today it is very clear that his hard work and passion for a new love paved the way for his current success. After only 3 very rewarding and successful years of performing at various clubs and events, accompanied by rapidly growing popularity around the area, Hart decided to take his talents to the next level, and joined ranks with DJ-JC Diggity to create what is known today as Mobile Mixologist.
